Meet Jen and Norma
Jennifer and Norma are a dynamic mother daughter duo originally from Ottawa. After relocating to the Trenton area, a private grooming shop was developed with a unique vision and a loyal clientele consisting of the areas most fantastic dogs and people. The original standard of personal care on a small scale continues to be the focus after more than 15 years.
Jen is the exclusive stylist with a true love and understanding of dogs. Her first job was obtained more than 20 years ago working alongside a reputable groomer within a Veterinary clinic in Ottawa. Years have been spent developing a beautiful skill and she continues to further her education whenever possible, always searching for the newest products and techniques. After spending time in a typical, commercial grooming setting, Jen aspired to own and operate a unique salon experience with a more relaxed vibe and loving hands that will never compromise your dogs well-being. A small salon with focus on individual care and undivided attention providing "quality rather than quantity". This vision came to life in 2007 and continues to date.
Norma can be found greeting canine clients with a smile and a cookie. Growing up with dogs and horses, there has always been a connection to animals. A loving dog owner of several decades with many successful years spent within the show ring. Prior to relocating to Trenton, Norma pursued a successful career of more than 20 years in residential real estate and land development within her hometown Ottawa area. As a proud cancer survivor Norma has a passionate love for life and enjoys each day to the fullest.
